How it works
Four steps. Only the first one is yours.
There is no browsing, no checkout and no package code. You describe the trip you want, and the work after that is ours.
The four steps
-
Tell us what you want
A few minutes on the Plan Your Trip form, or a phone call if you would rather talk. Rough is fine — "somewhere green, about a week, first half of March" is a perfectly good starting point.
What we need: roughly when, roughly how long, roughly what you want to spend, and who is going.
-
We come back with questions
Usually a short conversation. This is where the trip actually gets decided — the difference between a good week and an average one is nearly always in the details nobody asked about.
What you get: an honest view, including when we think an idea will not work in the days you have.
-
We arrange it
We work through our network of agencies, stays and local operators to put the trip together, check who is actually running each part, and come back to you with a plan.
What we handle: the finding, the checking, the co-ordinating and the chasing.
-
We stay with you
Through the trip itself, not just up to the point of booking. One number, the same people, and no being told to contact the operator.
What that means: if something needs sorting out on the road, it is ours to sort out.
The obvious question
What does this cost?
Telling us what you want costs nothing, and there is no obligation after it. You will not be charged to have a conversation.
The trip itself is quoted before anything is booked, and you see the number before you decide. Nothing is arranged on your behalf until you have said yes to it.
If we cannot put together something worth your money in the days and the budget you have, we will tell you that instead of quoting anyway.
Where to start
Not sure how to describe it? Start from a way of travelling.
Ready when you are.
Start with whatever you know. We will work out the rest together.
