Why we exist
Booking a trip is easy. Getting the right trip is not.
There is no shortage of places to book travel. There is a shortage of people who will listen to what you actually want and then take responsibility for it.
Most of the industry is built the other way round. You are shown inventory and asked to choose from it. If something goes wrong on the road, you find out how many companies were involved — the site you booked on, the operator who ran it, the hotel that has no record of you — and none of them is the one you spoke to.
We wanted the opposite arrangement. You describe the trip. We do the finding, the checking and the arranging. And when you are travelling, there is one number to call.

Our partners
We work with a network. You work with us.
Behind a trip there are agencies, stays, drivers and local operators. That is true of every travel company, including the ones that do not say so.
What differs is who holds the relationship. We choose the partner for your trip, we deal with them, and if something needs fixing we are the ones making the call.
You are never handed over. You do not get an email introducing you to a company you have never heard of, and you are not left comparing quotes from strangers.
One conversation, from the first question to the last day of the trip. That is the entire arrangement.

We do the work, not the deciding. Nothing is booked without you, you can change your mind, and if we think an idea will not work we will say so rather than quietly sell you something else.
